Ye Ding
Ye Ding has been a graduate student in Instructional Design and Technology at the School of Education of VT since 2021. She received a B.A. in Chinese Literacy and Education from Nanjing Normal University in China in 2002 and a M.S. in School Administration and Supervision from Johns Hopkins University in 2009. Currently she is also an adjunct Chinese instructor in the Department of Modern and Classical Languages and Literatures at VT. Since 2020, Ye has been the principal of the Blacksburg Chinese School (BCS). Ye's research interest is focused on designing a Chinese learning module for non-heritage young learners using authentic materials and the ADDIE Model, which echoes her teaching philosophy and goal at BCS. With her expertise and dedication, Ye is making a positive impact on the education sector.
