Sharon H. Mastracci

Sharon H. Mastracci is a professor in the Center for Public Administration and Policy at Virginia Tech. She researches the experience of working in the public sector, specifically, emotional labor in public service, and is also interested in stigmatized work in public service. She was a Fulbright Scholar to the United Kingdom and is a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration.
