Ivan Hernandez
Dr. Ivan Hernandez is an Assistant Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Virginia Tech, where he is the Director of the Computational Organizational Research Lab. His research focuses on applying computational methodologies, such as machine learning, deep neural networks, and natural language processing to infer psychological traits. This work often incorporates large, multi-modal datasets from social media, media repositories, and other online trace data. His work also focuses on developing research tools for scientists and practitioners to detect survey fabrication, study organizational diversity, and communicate scientific findings more effectively.
