Panel Discussion on Faculty Career Development and Promoting Research Excellence

Join us for a panel discussion featuring two of Virginia Tech's Academy of Sciences members, "Career Development and Promoting Research Excellence: A conversation with Dr. XJ Meng and Dr. Shuhai Xiao." The panel will be moderated by Dr. Liwu Li, and the Senior Vice President for Research and Innovation, Dr. Daniel Sui, will present an introductory opening remark. The event is hosted by the Virginia Tech Chinese American Faculty Alliance (VT CAFA), in collaboration with Virginia Tech Center for Future Work Places and Practices, Faculty Affairs, and Office of Research and Innovation. 

The event will be held on Friday November 8th at the North End Center 2420, from 11:30 to 12:30, followed by light refreshment and discussion till 1:30. Space is limited, and please register early to secure a spot for this discussion.
